event: POTLUCK @EASTCOAST PARK
date: FRIDAY 1ST SEPT
time: 11AM- 8PM
theme: FRUITS OF THE SPIRIT
instructions:
meaning of a POTLUCK-a meal, esp. for a large group, to which participants bring various foods to be shared.
SO.. everyone is suppose to PREPARE (not BUY) a dish FOR 20 PPLE based on the theme, which is, FRUITS OF THE SPIRIT! can be any food tt is edible. haha. THINK! use creative ideas! as long as you can link your dish to the fruits of the Spirit can alr, can also focus on jus one fruit of the spirit. eg. can like coming up with some chicken herbal soup tt takes a long time to prepare den this can be link to PATIENCE! haha. sth like that. but we of course we dun wan to drink herbal chicken soup at the beach rite? yups
but of course, besides eating. we need to focus on the purpose of this event. TO BRING FRIENDS.everyone is to bring at least one friend to join us.
its easy.jus invite your friends to join you for a youth gathering! its free!
and they get to eat and have fun! we will be eating and playing the whole day. haha. do bring more money if you want to cycle! FOR NOW, start thinking of the people you want to bring this week, fast and pray for them.search your heart.
do you really want them to be saved?
if you really want it. you ask God for it.
FAST AND PRAY with sincere hearts.
put in effort. we want to see people come to Christ!
i'm excited abt it!
HAVE FAITH, keep praying (:
